Perinatal & Women's Mental Health Counseling PLLC is a specialized counseling practice that focuses on providing compassionate and expert mental health support for women during postpartum and perinatal life transitions.

The practice offers a wide range of services, including therapy for postpartum mood disorders, fertility and loss counseling, pregnancy and birth trauma therapy, anxiety and stress reduction, individual counseling, clinical supervision, EMDR therapy, and group support.

Additionally, the practice will soon be offering a digital course that provides powerful methods for managing anxiety during the postpartum experience. The upcoming digital course aims to help mothers break free from overwhelming anxiety and regain emotional strength.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a diverse background spanning mental health, substance use recovery, special education, and support for military families. I have a special passion for helping parents and families navigate the emotional and relational shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. My approach is warm and collaborative, creating a safe space for individuals, couples, and parents to feel heard and supported. I earned my psychology degree from Marist College and my graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University.

Sondra Cullen, LMFT

Nuala (new-la) is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling practicum and intern from Walden University completing her graduate training in Bedford, NH. She is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the many life transitions of womanhood. Nuala offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She blends person-centered principles, mindfulness strategies, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help women build resilience and self-compassion. She is especially committed to expanding her expertise in perinatal mental health, guiding clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, grief, and other pivotal changes.

Libby earned her social work degree from the University of Tennessee and quickly discovered her passion for supporting women and providers in the perinatal period. She has trained with leaders in the field and is dedicated to serving a community that is often overlooked and under-supported.  In her work, Libby uses evidence-based approaches and offers a blend of gentle compassion and honest feedback to help clients build resilience. She brings a fresh, strengths-based lens to therapy and believes deeply that each person is the expert of their own story.

Elizabeth (Libby) Green, LCSW

Meghan is a licensed social worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health, both as a clinician and researcher. Her passion for supporting women during significant life transitions grew from her own journey to motherhood, and she emphasizes the importance of honoring women's well-being during these times. Meghan holds a Maternal Mental Health Certificate from Postpartum International and integrates cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, EMDR, and positive psychology techniques in her practice.

Alexis Reale, based in Meredith, NH, is a psychotherapist and dance/movement therapist with a Master’s degree from Lesley University. She has worked with diverse populations, including seniors, children, and adults, in various mental health settings. Drawing from over 30 years of movement experience and her own journey to motherhood, Alexis uses dance/movement therapy to help clients connect with their bodies and create lasting, positive change during emotionally vulnerable times.

Amy is the founder and Clinical Director of her practice and has been passionate about maternal and infant mental health since her early years, beginning her career as the youngest volunteer at a local crisis pregnancy center. With over 18 years of experience in women’s reproductive mental health, she specializes in supporting women through infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum adjustment.  Amy holds multiple certifications and advanced training, including EMDR, clinical hypnosis, perinatal and reproductive mental health, and training through the Karen Kleiman Training Institute and the Ali Domar Center for Fertility in Boston, MA. She also serves on professional committees and provides coaching and consultation to clinicians and organizations nationwide.

Stevi is a Marriage & Family Therapist candidate dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most challenging transitions. With a warm, client-centered approach, she creates a safe space for healing, clarity, and growth. She specializes in concerns related to sexuality, sexual trauma, body image, identity, and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in somatic, body-based therapies that honor the mind–body connection, helping clients release trauma and build resilience. Stevi also works with couples and families to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and deepen emotional and sexual connection. Her humanistic, experiential style encourages clients to tap into their inner strengths. Dawn, a LCMHC-c graduate of Plymouth State University, has over 25 years of experience in women's healthcare as a nurse and educator. Her commitment to women's health and their transition to parenting and other life changes inspired her to carve out a career that enhanced her passion for supporting perinatal women who are seeking help to manage the impacts of pregnancy and the growing family. Her diverse background includes supporting women as a former lactation consultant, co-chairperson of a bereavement and traumatic birth program, and a community liaison to parents of infants born with chronic conditions. Dawn holds a certificate in integrative and holistic nursing practice and is preparing to sit for licensure in perinatal mental health counseling.
